1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

2. ADMINISTRATION; Brookwood Press, Inc. This photo contest is being administered and sponsored by Brookwood Press, Inc.

3. ELIGIBILITY. In addition to the other requirements set forth in these rules, the photo contest is open only to legal residents who are at least 18 years of age. It is void to those residing in all other locations and where prohibited by law. Employees and independent contractors of Brookwood Press, Inc. and Kenmore Airlines, its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses), regardless of where they reside, and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible. Additionally, Brookwood Press, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the photo contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of Brookwood Press, Inc., compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the photo contest.

4. SUBMISSION PERIOD. Submission period is from 12:00:00 p.m. PDT May 9, 2022, through 11:59:00 p.m. PDT Oct. 31, 2022.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT. One winner will be selected by Brookwood Press, Inc. staff based on the photos entered. The nominee will be notified that their officer won through the medium through which they entered. The winner will be announced publicly on Nov. 1, 2022 on both Instagram and Facebook.

7. HOW TO ENTER. Refer to website and magazine for entering photos.

8. PRIZES. Refer to the magazine for list of prizes.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS. The individual winner will be notified through the platform on which they made the nomination. All decisions by Brookwood Press, Inc regarding the prize, the finalists and the winner are final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Brookwood Press, Inc. and any other partner or affiliate shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter this giveaway. By entering the photo contest, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Decisions of Brookwood Press, Inc. as to the interpretation of the Official Rules shall be final and binding in all respects. Brookwood Press, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the drawing if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Brookwood Press, Inc.’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Brookwood Press, Inc. in its sole discretion. In such event, Brookwood Press, Inc. reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the drawing. Brookwood Press, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Brookwood Press, Inc.’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any disputes regarding this giveaway shall be governed by Oregon law and resolved in courts sitting in Portland, Oregon.

10. CONSENT TO PUBLICITY; RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winner will be featured on www.explorenorthwestmagazine.com, www.facebook.com/kenmoreair, https://www.instagram.com/explorenwmagazine/ and in other public-facing communications. By entering, all entrants release and hold harmless Brookwood Press, Inc. and its partners, employees, agents, officers, directors, representatives and affiliated companies from all liability or any loss, damage or claim of any kind with respect to, or in any way arising from, this giveaway.
